X Factor Wrap-Up

The X Factor was on last night and you know that I was watching! I didn't find it as good as I did last week, just because I didn't see as much talent. The above clip was definitely my favorite moment of the night though! Simon compares Nicole to, what appears to be, a less than average "pop" performance, and Nicole fires back saying that she sang "I Will Always Love You," by Whitney Houston when she was the same age. Just to verify that Nicole quickly belted out a line of the song and sounded amazing! I wouldn't be surprised if Nicole has perfect pitch, because she sang the song the exact notes, in the exact key, right on the spot. That's pretty impressive. I stand by my tweet last night that said Nicole Scherzinger is the most underrated artist out there right now. I wish she did more power ballads and a little less "pop" songs. Either way, enjoy the above clip and be sure to tune into The X Factor tonight for the last week of auditions.

Katy Perry Releases Next Single

When you hear the word "superstar" Katy Perry should be one of the first artist to come into your mind. The global pop star's album "Teenage Dream" has already provided 5 singles, all of which have peaked at number 1 on Billboard's Pop Songs char, as well as on the Hot 100 chart. Perry has no plan of stopping either. The press release is in, and her next single is "The One That Got Away." Katy Perry said this about her new single;

"I'm so pleased to select 'The One That Got Away' as my 6th single because this song shows a very different side of me that I haven't shown with my past singles on this record. I think that everyone can relate to this song. I wrote this song about when you promise someone forever, but you end up not being able to follow through. It's a bittersweet story - hopefully, the listener learns from hearing it and never has to say they had 'The One get away'.

Katy Perry has had so much success and I wish her even more! I can't wait to see what the future has in store for this pop sensation.

Bruno Mars - It Will Rain

Bruno Mars recently released some new music! Check out "It Will Rain", which will be featured on the "Breaking Dawn" soundtrack. The song will be heard some point in the film, but Bruno's team decided to release it yesterday. I really like the song and Bruno Mars is probably my favorite male vocalist at the moment. I just don't think that, vocally, any current male singer can compete with him. What do you think of the song? I've been trying to figure out where it will fit in with "Breaking Dawn" but I just can't decide. Feel free to let me know when you think "It Will Rain" will be played in the film.

Lady Gaga Performs for Jamey

Lady Gaga performed her song "Hair" in honor of Jamey Rodemeyer, at the iHeartRadio Music Festival. If you haven't heard, Jamey Rodemeyer was a 14-year-old boy who committed suicide after being bullied about his sexuality. His last tweet was to Lady Gaga and it read, "By Mother Monster, thank you for all you have done. Paws up forever." Gaga read the tweet and then tweeted that she had been spending the past few days reflecting, crying and yelling. She went on to say that she wanted to meet with the President and cause bullying, which she described as a hate crime, to become illegal. When I saw this video I gained so much more respect for Lady Gaga. I had always supported her music and knew that she was a great artist, but this proves that she cares for her fans so much. It sickens me that people think it's okay to bully someone just because they are different. It is wrong, unjust, and it makes you look weak and pathetic. No one should feel that they have enough power to force someone to take their own life. Bullies live a miserable existence. They are not satisfied with their own lives so they feel the need to pick apart someone else's life. This must stop.

Drake Unveils Album Art

The official album art for Drake's upcoming sophomore studio album has just been revealed! The album, which is titled "Take Care" is scheduled to be released on October 24th. The cover is pretty simple, but in a good way. It features Drake sitting in an Italian themed room with the words "Take Care" in the bottom corner. He also wrote the following note;

"Feels like it's been so long. Is life moving so fast in this generation that when we desire something it begins to move in a slow motion? Are we just used to getting what we want right away? Or do we require one another to feel right about all that is going on around us? Maybe our anticipation is justified by the fact that we genuinely cannot wait to share a moment again? Either way, your life and mine are scheduled to meet on October 24...I wouldn't miss it for the world. See you soon. Drake."

I wouldn't miss it either! I'll definitely be picking up this album. I'm a huge Drake fan so I know that it's going to be amazing. Will you be buying your copy on October 24th?

X Factor - Melanie Amaro

It's no surprise that I'm currently obsessing over The X Factor, and last night was no different. I was impressed with some of the auditions, and I think that the chemistry between the judges is great. It's almost as if they found that perfect balance that American Idol once had, and recreated it. Check out my favorite audition of the night. Melanie Amaro sang "Listen" by Beyonce and she gave it her all. It was just such a powerful audition. I always believed that certain people are meant to do certain things, and singing is definitely meant for Melanie. Her talent is something that she was born with, not something you can learn! I hope she goes far.

The X Factor USA

Last night was the premiere of The X Factor USA and I was definitely watching! If you follow me on Twitter than you got my live reactions to everything that happened, but I still wanted to do a post and talk about the show. I actually liked The X Factor more than American Idol just because it allows for a wider range of competition. The talent was also very evident! Below are videos of some of my favorite auditions of the night. Feel free to let me know who you liked the most.

(I thought Rachel Crow was a great way to open the show. She has a great voice and I think she will definitely have a career ahead of her.)
(Marcus Canty was my favorite male vocalist of the night. I really appreciated his tone. Not everyone has such a good tone to their voice, but his is definitely something that he was born with. You can't teach that.)
(Stacey Francis...Wow. Favorite performance of the night. She will go very far.)
(...what was this nonsense...)

Be sure to tune in to The X Factor tonight on Fox!

Katy Perry Does InStyle

Katy Perry will be gracing the covers of InStyle Magazine for their October issue. The pop super star looks beautiful as ever in a black dress with pink hair. I actually think the pink hair works with Katy Perry. I love that a lot of recent artists have been completely open with their style and not afraid to try something crazy. I'm not sure how long she'll keep this look, but for now I definitely think it's working for her. She tells the magazine, "I'm not going to sit and be stream-strolled; I'm going to stand up against things that are unjust. I am full of unicorns and Care Bears 99 percent of the time, but don't open up Pandora's Box of that 1 percent - because it's there!" I would love to interview Katy Perry some day and I can't wait to hear some new music from her.

Demi Lovato GMA Performance

You can ask anyone I know and they will tell you that I am obsessed with Demi Lovato and her single "Skyscraper." I know I've posted so many performances of her singing this song, but every time I hear one I just feel the need to share it. Check out her performance from this morning on Good Morning America for their Fall Concert Series. Like always, she does an amazing job. I really need to figure out a way to set up an interview with her! I can't wait to hear more from her.

Terrified At The Shore

So I'm currently blogging from the shore, but I definitely wanted to share my day with you. First, I was feeling artistic so I decided to take a picture of my new sneakers with some of my other items that I had with me. I liked how it came out so I decided to post it. Let me know what you guys think.

Anyway, back to my day at the shore. Today we woke up and went straight to the boardwalk. It's not that crowded, but I like it that way. I find it more private. The weather is also nice. There's a nice breeze that comes and goes as you're walking. Everything was going fine...and then I saw this...

I'm not sure if you read my tweets, but if you know me personally than you know that I am terrified of clowns. Ever since I saw the movie "It" I've been petrified of them. I basically walked with my sunglasses on, and my head down so I didn't have to make any eye contact. Thanks to my aunt, I can show you a few more pictures of these clowns. There's a parade of them tomorrow...that's my sign to leave. I'll be tweeting! Follow me @OfficialJaySwag.

Can't Get Enough - J. Cole ft Trey Songz

Check out the world premier of J.Cole's brand new video for "Can't Get Enough" featuring Trey Songz. I think that J. Cole and Trey are both two very talented artists and I'm a fan of this collaboration. I also like the video. It's just something simple, yet fun. By the way, did you notice that Rihanna makes a cameo appearance  Let me know what you think of the video in the comments.

Kingsley Interview

Recently I had the chance to interview the hilarious YouTube personality, Kingsley! Check out the interview below. Also, thanks to everyone that sent me questions on Twitter! I wish I could've picked all of you. I'll definitely include you all in my future interviews.

Hello! First can you please introduce yourself and tell us a little bit about yourself?
“My name is King. I am 20 years old, I live in Missouri (well, I move to California on the September 13th… I don’t know when you’ll publish this lol) and I make YouTube videos where I rant about life, pop culture and other things under the personality of Kingsley.”

Why did you start Vlogging, and did you ever expect to become as popular as you have become?
“I started vlogging originally because I was obsessed with VH1 reality shows, and none of my friends really were, and I wanted to have discussions about what happened on TV with people. So after every new episode of New York Goes To Work, Charm School and Megan Wants a Millionaire (for the short time it was on air), I would upload recaps and people would watch and we’d talk in the comments section. I never, ever expected anything to come from it.”

What was your original plan when you started making YouTube videos?
“It’s funny looking back now, but I really just planned to continue doing VH1 recaps. When I started was the time that their reality programming was still going strong, so I was expecting more seasons of Flavor of Love, Rock of Love, Daisy of Love, etc to have for material. Obviously, that never happened.”

At what point did you realize "Wow..this is big."
“My first video that got over 100,000 views was after the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards. I was yelling at Kanye West for being an idiot. It was my first upload to get featured on the front page of YouTube and I was just so excited. But I think it really hit me around Easter of 2010, when Ashton Kutcher tweeted my “Birds” video. After that I was just dumbfounded, because I was like “Who the heck is watching me?”

Favorite recent celebrity scandal?
“When I heard Trace Cyrus got Brenda Song pregnant, I laughed really hard.”

Do a lot of people notice you in public? Do you like that or not?
“I wouldn’t say “a lot” but… I don’t know. It’s weird to explain. On campus, I get recognized a lot, but I feel like that happens because people are looking for me because they know I am there. Same for certain public places, because of Twitter. For instance, when I went to King’s Island, I tweeted about it beforehand because I’d never been and I was freakin’ excited to go. People came up to me for pictures and stuff, but I feel like if they hadn’t known I was going to be there, they wouldn’t have noticed. Do you know what I mean?”

What's an interesting fact about you that many people may not know?
“I have 3 tattoos, all Britney-related. My first one says “living in sin is the new thing”, the second one “if u seek amy” and the third just says “unusual” – where they are is irrelevant. All of them were impulsive decisions, but I like them for now. When I don’t like them anymore, I will remove them. I already have the money saved just in case.”

Who is you're favorite recording artist at the moment.
“Britney Spears."

@inesfranciscoo asks, "what's your favourite video of yours? Your videos are the greatest by the way!"
“My favorite video is probably “Rihanna Likes It, Likes It” just because it was one of the rare videos where I was genuinely irked, because I am OBSESSED with S&M and it annoyed me that it was so censored as far as the video and performances. My video wasn’t too over-the-top, and I cared about what I was saying, plus the part where I am imitating Rihanna with the red t-shirt on my head is THE ONLY part of any video that I have ever uploaded that makes me laugh out loud. I hate watching my videos.”

@JackieWarner13 asks, "what is your opinion on Nick Jonas & Delta Goodrem being together? lol"
“I love Nick Jonas. I don’t even know who Delta Goodrem is.”

@Kitkate421 says, "you've said that you aren't as crazy in real life as you are in your blogs, what are you really like?"
“Take Kingsley and soften his voice and take away most of the hand movements and eye rolls and the hat and the anger, and you’ve pretty much got me. I’m silly and sarcastic, just not so loud about it. If I don’t know you, I’m very shy until I get to know you. It’s funny because when people who watch my videos come up to me, they’re all hesitant and then after I speak, there’s a complete change. Some people are relieved and some are disappointed. It all just cracks me up.”

@gylikalis would like to know "Who do you hate the most?"
“Those hamsters in that Kia commercial. They’re ridiculous and they think they are so cool.”

@HumorUs2Heinous says, "what do you see yourself doing profesionally in 5-10 years because you're hilarious and I hope you have a show I can tune into."
“I have no idea! I don’t really want a TV show to be honest. I never have. My biggest dream has always been to appear on Chelsea Handler’s roundtable for just one episode of Chelsea Lately. That’s it. My dream job would be to work for a record label and manage an artist or band or something, because some of these people don’t know what the heck fans want. Who knows though? I’m still young; I don’t know what is going to happen to me. I just know I’m not going to be a bus driver. Not that there is anything wrong with bus drivers, I just couldn’t drive around a bunch of children everyday.”

That was the last question. I want to thank you for taking the time to speak with Jay Swag Entertainment News. Do you have any last thoughts or comments?
“I just want to thank everyone who watches me on YouTube or follows me on Twitter or both and just anyone who supports me in any way. I’ve connected with so many awesome people through my videos. It is ridiculous. I only continue to make videos because people watch them. When I read comments and tweets and people tell me I make their day, or that they were feeling crappy until I made them laugh, it makes me happy! The Internet is a cool place. You can reach people everywhere, and that is so cool to me.”

Queen Latifah & Tony Bennett

Jazz superstar Tony Bennett is preparing to release his Duets II album on September 20th. The album features some amazing features with the likes of Andrea Boccelli, Mariah Carey, Aretha Franklin, the late Amy Winehouse, and many more. In addition to these great features, Tony Bennett recorded a song with another superstar in her own right, Queen Latifah. The two collaborated on the 1964 Broadway tune "Who Can I Turn To (When Nobody Needs Me)."Bennett commented on the duet; "You will discover that Queen Latifah has a beautiful voice and I think the best voice since Ella Fitzgerald. You watch she is going to be around a long time. She has so much talent..." The two will be performing the song tomorrow, Wednesday, September 14th, on America's Got Talent. For now though, be sure to check out the exclusive premiere on Ew.com by clicking HERE. Also, feel free to pre-order your copy of Duets II from iTunes. It's going to be a great album!

Cyndi Lauper's National Anthem Mess Up

Cyndi Lauper is the latest celebrity to mess up the words to the National Anthem. While performing the "Star Spangled Banner" at the US Open tennis tournament in New York Lauper seemed to mix up some of the words. She sort of got back on track after that, but you can tell that she noticed right away. She took to Twitter and released this statement: "Whew, I just did the anthem for the US open. It was an awesome experience. I got choked up in the middle remembering 9/11 ... The moon shone down on us and I tried to say a prayer at the same time. I hope I didn't mess up too bad. I wanted it to be comforting." Although she messed up somewhat with the lyrics, I liked her version. It was light and soothing compared to some of the power house singers. It was definitely a different rendition. I also liked how after she messed up she didn't feel the need to over sing the song. We all make mistakes right?

Monica - Anything (To Find You)

Monica's back with a new song and video. Check out her official video for her single "Anything (To Find You)" ft. Rick Ross. Now, I'm really not a Rick Ross fan at all, but Monica is definitely a great singer. I love her vocals in this, and even Ross' verse isn't too bad. He's a talented rapper, don't get me wrong, I'm just not a fan. The thing I love about Monica is that she can remain classy and earn respect. She doesn't have to be half naked to make a hit song. Let me know what you think in the comments.

Remembering 9/11

10 years ago on this day, tragedy struck our nation. We endured one of the worst attacks that we had ever had to deal with. Thousands of people lost their lives in the attack on the World Trade Centers. Years later, we still remember. We remember the fallen, we remember the dedication of the workers, and we remember the unity of our country. You see, although these attacks destroyed the Twin Towers, and took the lives of so many individuals, it also brought our nation together in a way that nothing else could. The terrorists tried to break us, but they failed. We survived, and rose up as an even more powerful force. We did not lose faith. Today, we remember all the lives lost in the tragic event, we celebrate our patriotism, and we believe in the power of our country. God Bless America.

So Much Going On

I haven't really done one of these updates in a while so I thought I'd do so. A lot of things have been going on with me lately (all good, thank God)! I just got a book that I ordered from Barnes and Noble, which I'm featured in. It's an amazing feeling to be able to go to a book store, open up a book, and see a write up about yourself. I never thought anything like that would happen for me. I mean, I dreamt about it, but I never actually believed it.

Secondly, as you can tell me and Malibu Mara have been working together a lot more often so I just want to give her a little shout out. She is amazing at what she does, and I added her to the "About" section on this website. I really feel like she's a part of the Jay Swag team and I couldn't have found a better fashion blogger to be partnered with.

I also started my senior year of high school on Wednesday. I like all of my classes and teachers, but on one day I don't have a free period...which means no lunch or study time. I guess I'll get used to that. Every other senior has two or three free periods and I only get one. Oh well, I always have been an overachiever haha. I'm really looking forward to this Public Relations class. I really hope to get something good out of it, but I'm not sure. I'll be keeping you updated.

I feel like there's so much to talk about! This will be the last little paragraph for now. I'll do these more often, especially since Blogger released a mobile app. I plan on doing mobile blogging and incorporating more videos also. Well, as you can see I just interviewed Mindless Behavior. They are an amazing group and I was so blessed to have gotten the interview. I also have an interview with popular YouTube celebrity Kingsley coming up, and hopefully a few more in the near future. My Twitter has been going crazy lately. I've been getting so many tweets from you guys and it means so much. Honestly, I never thought any of this was possible and I want to thank you for supporting the blog. Everything is almost unrealistic to me still. Feel free to follow me on Twitter @OfficialJaySwag

Rihanna Armani Ad Revealed

Rihanna's campaign for Armani Jeans has just been revealed. Rihanna will be the face of Armani Jeans for the fall 2011 season. She is sporting a short blond wig, and the pictures were taken by Steven Klein. Armani explains, "The concept was based on a classic film noir; giving it a contemporary twist - sexy, yet sophisticated." I've been seeing some tweets where people were saying they didn't like Rihanna's blond hair. Personally, I think it looks great on Rihanna and I feel that she looks stunning. She replaces Megan Fox as the face of the luxury brand's jean collection. Armani also states that there will be "more to come." How do you feel about the ad?

Hey guys! Thanks for taking the time to talk with Jay Swag Entertainment News. First, can you please introduce yourselves and tell us a little bit about how you guys got started as a group?

Princeton: "I’m Princeton and I’m 14"

Ray Ray: "Hello my name is Ray Ray and I’m 14"

Roc Royal: "I’m Roc Royal and I’m 14 years old the youngest of the group."

Prodigy: "Hey everybody I’m Prodigy and I’m also 14 years old."

Princeton: "We’ve been together for 3 years now, the head of our production company Walter Millsap at Conjunction Productions along with part of our management team Keisha Gamble held a huge audition in L.A. this is when I met Roc. A couple of months later Prodigy joined the group after our choreographer Dave Scott discovered him on youtube. Then Ray Ray joined after auditioning at mid-night about a month later. We immediately started being developed and a year later we were signed to Streamline Interscope . We started the album right away with Walter and our writer Candice Nelson. And now we are here living our dream and having so much fun."

You've been able to tour with artists like Justin Bieber, Jason Derulo, and Janet Jackson. You're also going to be on the Scream Tour with Diggy Simmons. What is it like getting to work with these artists, and who are some artists you would like to tour with in the future?

Prodigy: "Working with artist like this has been amazing I still can’t believe were actually doing this sometimes. I am a huge Michael Jackson and Janet fan so just meeting Janet has been dream come true. We love being on tour and performing for our fans so were really excited about going on the scream tour. Diggy is incredibly talented and a good friend of ours so it’s going to be really fun."

What do you think sets you apart from other recording artists in the industry? How would you describe your musical style?

Princeton: "I think all artist are unique and bring something that their fans love. I think we’ve been inspired by artist like the Jackson 5, New Edition, Backstreet Boys, N’Sync, and so many other boy bands that helped pave the way for us. But for our generation I think we bring a new fresh take on what being a boy band is all about just a lot of great music, dancing, and high level performance. We also work really hard to bring a great show for the fans."

Prodigy: "Our musical style is R&B and Pop… Just good music that kids and adults can sing along to and relate to."

Your debut album comes out September 20th, 2011. Congratulations on that. What can your fans expect from the album?  Are there any collaborations that you can tell us about?

Ray Ray: "Yes! We are very excited about the album September 20th, Fans can expect more of the same great music they love hearing from MB, we have dance tracks, love songs, about the girls, and yes we talk about the girls a lot! Lol… :) The album was a lot of fun to make and I think fans will see just how much hard work we put into it. We worked with great producers on this record. Walter Millsap, Candice Nelson, Polo the Don, and Boy Wonder it’s going to be a great album. We did a collab with Diggy Simmons on the album."

You guys have a very long career ahead of you, but so far, what has been your favorite experience?

Roc Royal: "Performing for the fans and seeing their faces and how happy they are when we get to see them has definitely been the best part."

Princeton: "Yes we all agree, the fans is the best part."

Who are your influences, and who are some of your favorite current artists?

Prodigy: "My influences are, Michael Jackson and Usher. Right now I love Chris Brown’s artistry."

Princeton: "I listen to all kinds of music so I’d have to say my influences are Michael Jackson, John Lennon, and Prince. Right now I like Lady Gaga, she’s really creative and talented, Kanye West, and Big Sean."

Ray Ray: "I am inspired by Michael Jackson, Kanye West, and Drake. My favorite artist are: Drake, Kid Cudi, Big Sean, Kanye West."

Roc Royal: "My influences are: Diddy, and Michael Jackson. Artist I’m into right now are a lot of old school artist like TLC, Boys to Men, and Jodeci"

I think it's great that you guys are so young, yet so talented. What advice can you give to teenagers who want to enter into the entertainment industry?

Princeton: "Getting into this business takes a lot of hard work and sacrifice, we’ve given up regular school so we don’t see our friends as much but it’s worth it because we just love doing this. I’d say just work really hard, stay focused and have fun and you can do anything."

Roc Royal: "Yes, and remember to have good work ethic, and listen to your mentors."
Where do you see yourselves in 5 years?

Roc Royal: "5 years from now I hope to still be in Mindless Behavior, working with charities for animals because I love animals, and being successful."

Princeton: "In 5 years I see us still performing and giving fans great music, doing some acting in films and television, and running our own clothing line for kids created by us."

Ray Ray: "I agree with Princeton I definitely want to do all of that and also showcase my art, and support other underground artist. I am a artist as well you see some of my artwork on the album."

Prodigy: "In 5 years I see us headlining a World TOUR and being #1 on every chart and being very successful."

What are some interesting facts about you, that many people may not know?

Ray Ray: "Many people may not know that I love to draw."

Prodigy: "Most people don’t know that I’m afraid of big roller coasters."

Roc Royal: "Most people don’t know that I only tell my secrets to my two dogs… because I know they’ll never tell and I always feel better after I talk to them :)"

Princeton: "Most people don’t know that I listen to a lot of 80’s rock like the Ramones’ and the Clash…"

That was the last question. Again, I want to thank you guys for taking the time to do this interview. It's so important for us, as today's young people, to continue making a name for ourselves. You all are definitely great role models for that. Do you have any last thoughts or comments?

Princeton: "We just want to thank you for having us, and tell all of our Mindless fans that we love them and appreciate all of their support. It means so much to see them at our shows and wearing our shirts, singing our music, it’s what makes us the most happy!! Mindless Fans are the Best!!!! 1-4-3"

Ray Ray: "And don’t forget to go out on September 20th! And pick up #1GIRL your gonna love it!  :)"

Thanks for the interview guys!

Anna Graceman - True Colors

Last night Anna Graceman performed on America's Got Talent for a spot in the finals. I've been a huge supporter of Anna's for the longest time, however I must admit that last night was not her best performance. I definitely liked her previous performances so much better. Don't get me wrong, I still think she's a great singer and her performance was, as Piers Morgan said, almost perfect. I would still like to see Anna in the finals so hopefully America voted for her. We'll find out who got through tonight. Good luck to all the contestants. May the best act win.

Adele Does Vogue

Soul songstress Adele will be gracing the cover of the UK edition of Vogue magazine in October. She is wearing a lace dress designed by Burberry and inside the magazine is a set of retro style photos. In the issue Adele speaks about celebrity diets and her insecurities. "I've seen people where it rules their lives, who want to be thinner or have bigger boobs, and how it wears them down. And I don't want that in my life." She also goes on to say, "I have insecurities, of course, but I don't hang out with anyone who points them out to me." I think it' so great to see Adele covering Vogue. She looks beautiful and if you follow me on Twitter than you know that I have become obsessed with Adele. She's performing near where I live and I really want to go see her, but tickets are sold out. Anyway, be sure to look online when the issue of Vogue UK comes out to read the full feature.

Kim Kardashian's Past Haunting Her

Kim Kardashian is trying to enjoy her new married life with husband Kris Humphries, but before they can live happily ever after, her sex tape with ex-boyfriend Ray J is back making headlines. The tape made Kim famous but also almost ruined her personal life and public image. Kim then made sure to make her career as huge as possible and overshadow her past. Well, recently sources are stating that an unknown buyer wants to obtain the rights to the sex tape for $30 million. Personally, I think Kim's team or Kris Jenner buying the rights to the tape, to get it off the market forever. Everything would go perfectly except Ray J has stepped in. His lawyers emailed the company that owns the tape and stated if the tape was sold that he deserves a chunk of the money. Is Ray J seriously fighting over this. I know his career has diminished into nothing, but still, let Kim live her life now. The real problem is that Kim Kardashian has moved on with her life, and made plenty of money, while Ray J is completely irrelevant now. Jealousy is an ugly trait.

New Rihanna Wax Figure

Rihanna has been made into a wax figure before, but Madame Tussauds has recently revealed a brand new figure in Berlin, Germany. Although Rihanna doesn't have the red hair anymore, they modeled it after her appearance in her "Who's That Chick" video. Is it just me, or is it scary at how much of a resemblance there is between the wax figure and the real singer. If you can't get to Germany to see this wax figure, you can check out her previous one in Washington D.C. I want a wax figure someday!

Nicki Minaj in Glamour

Superstar Nicki Minaj will be gracing the newest issue of Glamour Magazine. I've seen a few of the pictures and she looks beautiful in all of them. After her recent fashion disaster at the MTV VMA's it's nice to see Nicki in something a little more modest. She definitely keeps her signature style in all of these outfits, but they are all toned down just a bit. She's sporting brands like Christian Louboutin, Dolce and Gabbana, Tom Ford, and more. She also dishes on her obsession with Marilyn Monroe. Be sure to get this issue of Glamour, which hits the stands on September 6th.

YouTube Artist of the Month - Cimorelli

This month's YouTube Artist of the Month is a group of six sisters, known on YouTube as "Cimorelli." I came across them while looking at covers of Demi Lovato's "Skyscraper" and was immediately impressed with their harmonies and vocal abilities. After I watched one video, I started watching all of them. I love their a cappella renditions of songs, and their harmony is just amazing. It's so cool that they're sisters and I know that they will go very far. They've already been signed to the same label as Jessie J and many other talented artists. They are also working on a debut album. I'm hoping to set up an interview with them soon, so we can find out just exactly, "who are Cimorelli?" Make sure you look them up and subscribe to their channel.
